Mark has worked for The Learning Camp for over 10 years.  He learned differently as a young student and is a wonderful inspiration to our campers.  His passion for teaching children about the outdoors is matched  with his enthusiasm for powder skiing!  Also a graduate of Denver University, where he and Martha met, he has been a 4th and 5th grade teacher for ten years.  This year he moved to Eagle County and teaches at Brush Creek Elementary School in Eagle, Colorado.  During the summer Mark is a teacher at camp and leads children in the many adventures they experience here.  He is married to Martha Waterhouse and is the proud father of Kaikea, a first grader.
